Full Basement Finishing
An unfinished concrete basement turned into bright living space with a bedroom, a full bathroom and luxury vinyl plank floors.
The challenge
The homeowners had a bare basement with exposed joists, ductwork and concrete floors, and wanted extra living space without changing the footprint of the house.
Our solution
We insulated the foundation walls, framed new rooms and closets, ran insulation through the ceiling, hung and finished drywall, then installed doors, trim, recessed lighting, a full bathroom and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
