Full Roof Replacement

Complete tear-off down to the deck, new synthetic underlayment and architectural shingles on a two-story home.

Full Roof Replacement

The challenge

The original shingles had reached the end of their life, with worn granules and lifted tabs letting water reach the deck around the chimney and valleys.

Our solution

We stripped the roof to the decking, inspected and fastened the boards, installed valley and ridge protection, wrapped the whole roof in synthetic underlayment, then laid new shingles with fresh vents and ridge caps.

Scope of work

  • Tear-off to the deck
  • Deck inspection and re-nailing
  • Valley and ridge protection
  • Synthetic underlayment
  • Architectural shingles
  • New vents and ridge caps
