Low-Slope Metal Roof Installation
A low-slope roof section waterproofed with self-adhered underlayment and covered with durable dark gray metal panels.
The challenge
Shingles don't shed water well on a roof this flat, and the old covering had worn out, leaving the section prone to leaks next to the steeper shingled roof.
Our solution
We prepared the deck, installed self-adhered underlayment and new drip edge, then fastened metal panels with sealed pipe flashings, tying the new roof into the existing shingles.
