Roof-to-Wall Flashing Repair
Leak repair where the roof meets the siding and brick, with new step flashing, kick-out flashing and gutter tie-ins.
The challenge
Water was running behind the siding where the lower roof meets the wall, staining the interior and soaking the brick next to the downspout.
Our solution
We opened the siding, replaced the step flashing course by course, added kick-out flashing to send water into the gutter, and re-sealed the brick transitions.
